Cancellation Policy

Weather Policy: To ensure guest safety, our team has the authority to deem whether weather conditions are “charterable” or “uncharterable” due to weather conditions. Uncharterable weather conditions are typically the result of (but are not limited to) heavy storms, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, strong winds, and large waves. Light rain, passing storms, and cooler temperatures are typically considered charterable. In the case that conditions are deemed uncharterable, our team will work with the charterer to temporarily postpone or reschedule your charter to a future date. Cancellation Policy: Your charter fee is due in full upon booking and is non-refundable if cancelled 14 days (or fewer) prior to your scheduled departure. Cancellations of 15 days or more prior to your charter date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee and must be requested in writing via email to bookings@afzacharters.com. Please include the following information: Charterer’s full name Organization name (if applicable) Scheduled date and time of charter Identify reason for cancellation
